***CURRENT turn-around time is 7-14 days, plus SHIPPING time.***
All orders will be processed in the order they are received and shipped within my processing window. I try my hardest to work somewhat in order of date needed, however I can not put off other orders to expedite yours.
If you need your items quickly please message me to see what my turn around time is. I also have RUSH OPTION available at an UPGRADED COST.
By choosing Priority Shipping (2-3 days) will only lessen shipping time this does not decrease production time.
To avoid delays in order processing, please include the following in the comment section when you order:
-NAME or MONOGRAM (first, LAST, middle)
-DATE you need your item by
- Any other notes, color or fabric changes you may like
-Fabrics are available based on availability. If that specific fabric is not available I will substitute with something similar.
*** NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR MISTAKES IF THE INFORMATION IS NOT PROVIDED WITH YOUR ORDER.
PAYMENTS:
I accept VISA/MC and Discover and PayPal. Payment is required at the time order is placed.
If you need to CANCEL for any reason, please notify contact me within 24 hours of order being placed. After 24 hours ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.
Colorado Residents 6.9% sales tax will be added to your order.
SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped within the posted turnaround window. Items will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout. If the address is wrong please contact me immediately so I can get it changed. If you correct address is not given and your item is shipped to the incorrect address no refunds will be issued.
Once your order is dropped off and scanned at the USPS accepts the shipment it is out of my hands. I do not issue refunds for items lost in the mail. You do have the option to upgrade your order to Priority Shipping, which includes $50 insurance, please message me PRIOR to ordering and I will be happy to create a listing with the shipping upgrade.

USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail will be used to ship your items. Typically if you order one or more items they will ship Priority Mail, that includes $50 insurance. Delivery confirmation is included.

REFUND & EXCHANGES
ALL SALES FINAL. Due to the personalization/customization of the items I create, I DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds on items. If I have made a mistake on your order, you must notify me within 3 DAYS and we can make arrangements for you to return the item and receive a replacement. I will provide you with a replacement once the original item(s) has been returned. If you do not notify me within the first 3 days after receipt, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no replacement or refund will be issued.
